This internal sake training was designed specifically for the front-of-house team at Emai Da Lat. Through interactive tasting and hands-on guidance, we covered the essentials of sake styles, service temperatures, food pairing, and storytelling. The goal was to empower the team with confidence and curiosity, allowing them to introduce sake to guests with warmth and knowledge. It was a quiet but meaningful investment in sake culture—building bridges one conversation at a time.
